How do I cancel my subscription?

ORA Premium subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID:

  1. Open Settings on your iPhone
  2. Tap your name at the top
  3. Tap Subscriptions
  4. Find ORA Premium and tap it
  5. Tap Cancel Subscription

Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. After that, you'll go back to the free version. Your readings stay safe in your account.

How do I get a refund?

All payments for ORA Premium are processed by Apple. To request a refund:

  1. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com on your computer
  2. Sign in with your Apple ID
  3. Find the ORA Premium purchase
  4. Click Report a Problem and select a reason

Apple typically responds within 24–48 hours. We cannot process refunds directly, only Apple can refund App Store purchases.

If your refund request was denied and you have concerns, email us at support@ora.cards and we'll see if there's anything we can do.

I forgot my password or lost access to my account

To reset your password:

  1. Open ORA and tap Sign in
  2. Tap Forgot password?
  3. Enter the email linked to your account
  4. Check your inbox for a reset link from us

If you no longer have access to that email, write to support@ora.cards from any email address and tell us as much as you can about your account. We'll help you recover it.

How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account at any time from within the app:

  1. Open ORA → Profile
  2. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account
  3. Confirm

Deletion is permanent. Your readings, follow-ups, and personal data will be removed within 30 days. If you have an active subscription, cancel it through Apple first, otherwise it will keep renewing.

You can also email support@ora.cards to request deletion if the in-app option doesn't work for you.

Voice recognition isn't working

If ORA isn't picking up your voice:

  1. Check that ORA has microphone permission: Settings → ORA → Microphone (turn it on)
  2. Make sure your phone isn't on silent or mute
  3. Speak clearly and not too far from the microphone
  4. Try closing and reopening the app

If the issue persists, email support@ora.cards with your iPhone model and iOS version, we'll look into it.

I'm on Premium but the app says I'm not

Sometimes subscription status takes a few minutes to sync. Try this:

  1. Open ORA → Profile → tap Restore purchases
  2. Wait a few seconds for Apple to confirm
  3. If that doesn't work, force-quit the app and reopen it

Still not working? Email support@ora.cards with the email linked to your subscription and we'll fix it manually.

What's included in ORA Premium?

ORA Premium includes:

  • Spoken readings (Ana's voice reads your reading aloud)
  • Celtic Cross and Love spreads
  • Reversed cards and deeper interpretations
  • Optional human review — some readings may be looked at by a real reader, with a note if there's something worth adding
  • 60 readings per month + 300 follow-ups
  • Full journal history that never expires

New users start with a free 3-day trial of ORA Premium. After the trial, it's $7.99/month. You can cancel anytime in your Apple ID settings before the trial ends to avoid being charged.

Free users get one reading per day (30 per month), 15 follow-up questions per month, two spread types (single card and three card), a daily card with voice playback, and a 7-day reading history.

Is my data private?

Yes. We don't sell your data, we don't show ads, and we don't share your readings with anyone.

Your voice recordings are deleted immediately after transcription, only the text remains. Your readings are encrypted and stored securely. You can delete your account and all your data at any time.

Are the readings real predictions?

ORA's readings are for entertainment and self-reflection. They are not predictions of the future and not a substitute for professional medical, financial, legal, or psychological advice.

Ana is a practicing tarot reader with 10 years of experience, and her interpretive voice shapes every reading. The readings draw on tarot tradition to help you think through what's on your mind — the cards don't tell the future, they offer a structured way to reflect.
